Mariske Duncan

Managing Partner and Founder

Mariske Graduated at the University of the Western Cape in 2011. Thereafter she served her articles at Legal-Aid and was admitted as an attorney in 2013.

She is the Managing Partner and Founder of Tiemmie-Duncan & Cloete Attorneys, which she founded in 2013 and in 2014 went into partnership with Ramone Cloete.

Mariske is an esteemed leader and backbone of the firm who is highly regarded and well respected in the legal profession.

Her fields of specialisation include: Conveyancing, Deceased Estates, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Commercial Law.

Marlin Duncan

Partner

Marlin joined the South African Police Service in 2004 and in 2010 he started studying part-time towards his LLB degree at the University of the Western Cape. He graduated in 2016 and in 2018 after 14 years of service he left SAPS and commenced his articles at Legal-Aid South Africa.

He then joined Tiemmie-Duncan & Cloete Attorneys at the end of 2019 and is now the head of the firms Criminal Law Department.

Marlin has extensive experience in Criminal Law and his team are on call 24 hours a day and ready to assist should you face any criminal legal crisis.

He renders quality legal services,aimed at finding appropriate legal solutions in a practical manner that suits his clients needs.
